We hope you will be delighted with any products you have purchased from Green Parlour. However, if you are not satisfied with your products then you should notify us within seven working days of the sale to you, except in the case of trees and plants with a value in excess of £50 each, where you should notify us within two months of the sale.

If we receive such notification, we will offer you, if available, replacement products, or other products selected by you to the same value as the original sale. If you select goods with a lower value than the original sale, we will refund the difference to you. Should you prefer a full refund of the selling price, we will pay this to you.

For local delivery sales we will re-deliver any replacement products at your request.

In order for us to replace or refund the selling price relating to accessories, these must be returned to us unused and unmarked and in manufacturer’s packaging, if applicable.

In the case of national deliveries for accessories it is recommend that you return goods to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. In these circumstances refunds or exchanges will be made up to two weeks after receipt of goods by us. Refunds cannot be made to a third party.

In the case of accessories supplied nationally, we will bear all shipping costs in supplying replacement goods to you at the original sale delivery address.
