This initial consultation, typically lasting 30-60 minutes, takes place over the phone and is your opportunity to share your ideas, discuss colour palettes, exchange inspiration photos, and describe the vibe you envision for your special day. It’s our chance to connect and truly understand the essence of the look and feel you want.

Quote and Deposit
Following our consultation, we’ll present you with a tailored estimate and mood board that reflects your vision and the flowers we’ve discussed. If our proposal resonates with you (and we sincerely hope it does!), we’ll request a £100 non-refundable booking fee to secure your wedding date and begin planning your bespoke floral designs.

Second Consultation
This is where the fun of bringing your floral vision to life truly begins! At this stage, we dive deeper into the details of your quote. We love to meet in person—it’s a great opportunity to put a face to the name and further connect before your big day. During this consultation, we’ll address any questions you have and refine the designs, making adjustments, adding, or removing elements as needed. Afterward, we’ll provide you with an updated and more detailed estimate. We typically schedule this meeting around six months before your wedding..

Absolutely! We are happy to incorporate your favourite flowers, seasonal blooms, or any particular style you desire. During our consultations, we’ll discuss your preferences and ensure your flowers are exactly what you envision.
The process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your vision, colour palette, and style. From there, we’ll create a mood board and provide an estimate. We offer a second consultation to refine the designs, and a final meeting to ensure everything is just right before your big day.
We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure availability and give us ample time to plan your bespoke designs. However, if your wedding is sooner, feel free to get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
